HUNGER, INC is a volunteer organization providing temporary food
assistance to residents of Perry Township and Beech Grove
1. You must live in Perry Township or Beech Grove with one of these zip codes: 46107, 46217, 46227 or 46237.
2. To be served you must present 2 pieces of identification, dated within the last 30 days, that show proof of your current residence.
3. You must provide a Social Security card for each member (adult and child) of your household. Non-citizens must provide a green card for each member.
4. You must present a picture ID.
